I try my best to cater to the needs of the client. I will ask each client what is expected of me for the day on the water.

I am very flexible and patient and willing to do whatever I can for the day to be successful. Along the way I like to point out critters, and flowers, and birds and exchange fishing stories.

For the past 19 years I have taught men, women and children of all ages how to fly fish here in the Missouri Ozarks. I have had clients from New Brunswick Canada to California  as well as Germany, Ireland, Poland and Japan. Fishermen that have fly fished all over the world to clients that have never picked up a fly rod.

Missouri Smallmouth Alliance and the Roubidoux Fly Fishers Association

We have chased and released everything from wild elusive spring creek trout to enormous lake swimming carp. Most of the time my clients prefer stocked trout or those great stream smallmouth. We have brown trout that grow to the double digits, rainbows that push 6 lbs and smallmouth  up to 5lb. So far the largest carp has been 36 pounds.
